

Assessments and Reports for Court
Court Up can prepare psychosocial assessments which can be provided at the Court hearing.
These assessments assist the Court to understand, in detail, presenting problems and circumstances and historical factors, and how they may have relevance to offending episode(s).
They will cover areas such as:
•Health, incl. emotional, mental, physical;
•Family background;
•Educational background;
•Employment history ;
•Leisure and recreation;
•Criminal & forensic history;
•Substance use
•Finances;
•Spiritual beliefs;
•Culture
•Relationships;
•Community supports
•Accommodation;
•Risks eg, suicide /self-harm
•Goals & plans for future
These assessments will conclude with some recommendations for therapeutic interventions and will be written in a report to assist in the court hearing.
