Fees:

Court Up Social Work Services ACN: 677824949 is a pre-paid service*.  Fee quotation schedules are provided upon enquiry, which stipulate funds payable to Court Up Social Work Services Pty Ltd prior to engagement of services. A service agreement must be signed by the service user prior to service delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

For counselling /assessment interviews/ family member consultations: Court Up Social Work Services Pty Ltd requires 24 hours notice if an appointment cannot be met. A full refund will be provided if this notice is provided. If cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, 50% of the pre-paid fee will be forfeited.

For report preparation:

 

If at any point in the written preparation of the report, it is decided by the service user that the report is no longer required, 50% of the pre-paid fee will be forfeited.

For court attendance:

 

Whilst Court Up Social Work Services Pty Ltd is a pre-paid service, court attendances cannot be fully pre-paid as the amount of time required for a case hearing is unknown and can vary.  A fixed pre-paid deposit is required to be paid by the service user, prior to any court attendance service.  This pre-paid deposit goes toward the total amount payable, and/or reimbursed pro-rata. The deposit is quoted upon enquiry.

Court Up Social Work Services Pty Ltd requires 24 hours written notice if attendance to a Court hearing is no longer required.  A full refund will be issued, if this notice is provided. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours written notice, 50% of the pre-paid deposit will be forfeited.

Professional supervision:

​

Court Up Social Work Services Pty Ltd requires 24 hours notice if a professional supervision session booking cannot be met. A full refund will be provided if this notice is provided. If cancellation is made on the day of the appointment, 50% of the pre-paid fee will be forfeited.

*An exemption to pre-paid fees applies for services users that are referred and funded through correctional services or child protection authorities throughout Australia. Fees are payable within 14 days of service provision.
