How it all works

For most part, Court Up is an online service and requires  a click on link! This removes the hassle of catching transport, parking and any logistics of getting to the appointments. They can happen in any private space where individuals can talk freely.

Individuals can self-refer to Court Up, or may even be referred by their lawyer or community corrections practitioner/ parole officer, or a child protection case manager, or any other relevant professional.  A family member or friend may have even recommended this service. It doesn’t really matter how that first step happens because it is a step forward….

Appointments can be booked by phone, email or through the booking platform on this website.

Before commencing any work, individuals will  be required to sign a service user agreement, which must be returned prior to the first appointment.

​

Fees are custom-quoted in writing , upon contact, and vary according to the services to be provided. Court Up provides a complimentary 15 minute consultation to discuss services provided.
